These habits of putting off self care can lead to lots of wear and tear on the body in a multitude of ways. We only have one body so we should try to treat it kindly. As a Licensed Massage Therapist I can help with that self care we all need. Once stepping into my practice I hope to transport you into a state of tranquility and allow me to heal your garden through massage therapy.

A combination of different modalities to fit your own unique needs using Deep Tissue techniques, Swedish Massage strokes, Sports Massage, and Trigger Point Therapy. Tailored to your areas of concern that day with an intuitive understanding of what your body needs

Deep Rest Swedish Massage
Colorful, dim lighting is utilized to create a tranquil environment. Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gentle and slow gliding strokes. These techniques are used to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and help calm the nervous system. It is a massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
60 Min – $110 / 75 Min – $125 / 90 Min – $150.
Combination Massage with Stationary Cupping
This massage uses stationary cups along the back and any other problem areas as needed. Combined with multiple modalities of massage like Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports and Trigger Point Therapy. Cupping uses negative pressure to pull, lift, open and expand the body’s soft tissues. The suction created by the cups helps with increased blood flow, reduce muscle tension, and promote healing to muscle tissues. This technique also helps with myofascial release, inflammation and improve overall well-being.
